Ordering

There are three ways to order your books:

by internet – send us an order by email.
All internet bookings attract a 10% discount. The discount applies to the list price in the on-line catalogue and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Internet order discount is available for individual customers and libraries only.
If you wish to order online by credit card, we will contact you for your card details.

by fax - fax us on: 44 (0) 020 7435 1288

by post - send your purchase order to:
Sales, Pindar Press, 40 Narcissus Road, London, NW6 1TH, UK

Always include:
author / title / ISBN
Delivery address if different from invoice address.


Payment methods:

Credit card - please include details of the named cardholder, type of card, expiry date.
We accept Visa and Mastercard
If you wish to order online by credit card, we will contact you for your card details.

Cheques - made payable to:- Pindar Press

Invoices - if you require an invoice, please indicate on your purchase order.
For new customers, orders must be paid in full before books can be despatched.

Payment terms are 30 days


Despatch

Books are despatched by courier in the UK; allow 21 days for delivery outside the UK.
Postage & Packing charges will be added as follows:
Orders up to 3 books: add £10.00
Orders over 3 books: carriage free


Cancellations & returns

Orders are taken in good faith of being fulfilled; unless a condition arises which prevents us from being able to satisfy the order.The order cannot be cancelled without agreement of Pindar Press.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with Pindar Press.
